Founded in Genoa in 2012 from the will and commitment of a group of Ligurian entrepreneurs, Flying Angels Foundation is the only organization, not only in Italy, that specifically deals with the air transportation of seriously ill children and their families to those Countries offering specialized hospitals and doctors able to give them the necessary care.
Flying Angels is provided with a Scientific Committee made up of volunteer doctors of different specialties and available all year round 24/7 to promptly assess each case. The Foundation takes action in every Country in need of a fast life-saving transportation flight, thanks to the collaboration of its medical care network made by over 70 Italian no-profit organizations and 18 more abroad.
Paolo and Giuliana Clerici Foundation supports Flying Angels Foundation enhancing the highest values of its mission. For President Paolo Clerici: “Every result achieved by the Onlus has inestimable value, since it is the life of a child who is saved.”
On October 3, 2019, thanks to the contribution of Paolo and Giuliana Clerici Foundation, 300 guests have been invited to a fund-raising event which took place for the first time in Milan to support Flying Angels Foundation.
